We bought a $900 grill and needed propane filled in a tank. The associate was incredibly rude for no reason. Absolutely do not recommend unless you want someone to be rude while you spend money there. Even mentioned it to another associate and he said "yeah he can be that way". Unacceptable.

A few weeks ago I was in this store because I needed to install a J-Trap in my kitchen sink and tbh, I have some plumbing experience but I would not say that in a room of plumbers. Anyway, I was browsing the aisle for parts and feeling lost when Ferris arrived and asked if I needed anything.

Ferris proceeded to spend the next 30-40 minutes with me looking at pictures of my situation and helping me piece together the parts I would need; he was patient, explained things well and tbh, he kept me from wasting time and money.

I got home with the parts Ferris had recommended and was able to get this project successfully completed and fixed in about an hour. Outstanding customer service and so personable; Ferris guided me like a friend or neighbor on how to get this project done correctly and I am grateful.

Thank you, Ferris and Ace Hardware; y'all are solid! 😀

They are about the best resource for hardware around. Everyone was friendly and helpful... except the store cat. He was friendly but was useless in helping to locate the specialty bolt I needed. All he seemed interested in was ear scratches and chin rubs, but that's cats for you.

The older woman was very rude to me and to the younger female cashier. I drove about 25 miles to pick up a replacement part for a Zippo hand warmer. The ace website showed it available at the energy location and I called before I left home to verify. The person who answered said yes we have this in stock, one left. When I got there and asked where I could find it, the young female cashier asked the older woman for help who immediately got rude with her and myself. Telling the younger lady that she should not have verified anything without visually seeing it and that the information on their computer is for their eyes only. I laughed & told her that the internet verified it was in stock at her store and ask her if I should not have gotten that information free from Google? I took my time to browse around the store at which point the older woman came to me with the replacement part in hand and apologized. After her initial mood and reaction and the way she treated her younger employee the apology was way too late. I will likely never shop at the store again even if I lived nextdoor.

Been buying paint here. Nice staff helpful and they have a lot of nice stuff grills, and outdoor decor. Energy has a big store and a cute cat that meets the public in the store.

Very nice and helpful folks. High prices on some stuff, but location is convenient and they have some things the bigger stores might not. Manager is a gem--she helps out all over the store, and if she doesn't know something, she'll find out for you. It's a pleasure shopping there.

Nice people, Great place. However...please post signs you have cats indoors! My husband had to run to a store and grab benadryl after leaving today- Cat Allergies!
