Employee/owner was not wearing a face mask and hovered to the point where it felt like she thought I was trying to steal. She was pleasant in conversation until I mentioned I had previously worked for a competitor’s store. Made a snarky remark about the store I used to work at, as I was checking out. The remark seemed very unprofessional, as I used to direct customers towards her business when they couldn’t find what they were looking for at my previous place of employment.

I’ve been here a few times. Owner is super nice and I’ve bought things here before. When I went in this evening, the owner wasn’t wearing a face mask and there was several maskless patrons despite the city’s ordinance. I won’t return until the pandemic is over.

My Mom went in on Monday around 6pm. Let me add my mom is Mexican. So Mom my tired to buy something from them because it was set to a certain price, then the employee told her that is wasn't. Even though it had the price that was on the item. When my mom changed her mind in the item at that moment, the employee told her she couldn't return it. My mom wasn't going to argue with it, because it would've been stupid. Anyways after my mom was pressured into buying and not being able to return it, my mother asked for the receipt, turns out the employee lady Denied! To give her a receipt. for some strange reason? Still confused about it all. Something tell my this company discriminates or are Racist.
