This company did a great job! I found them using a random search for custom lapel pins. Their customer service was outstanding, staying in contact with me through the design, production, and shipping phases. Our customer service representative, Grace, had a lot of patience with me as it took almost a month to get everyone to agree/approve the purchase. Once we approved the order, our pins arrived in less than 2 weeks. The quality is outstanding, the price was great, and they included free custom decals as a thank-you! 10 out of 10, I will order from them again.

Amazing service, great product and overall a very pleasant experience. Bought pins of myself because I'm a streamer and they turned out to be absolutely amazing! Some people will be receiving these soon and are super excited for it!

My first confirmation email from Crystal was professional. She readily responded to any changes I made. She quickly addressed my questions, and was open and honest about the state of my order. My experience with this company was not the best. I ordered a key chain for my husband birthday, I asked them if they can deliver it on Saturday October 19, I was told yes so I was happy about it and I started waiting for it. I did not get it till Monday October 21, two days after his birthday. They blame it on DHL, they told me DHL doesn’t work on weekends, I did not order the key chain from DHL and that was really not my problem. If I was given that information, I would have looked for other options.
The person I was talking with about my order was kind of helpful but, she gets back to me every 24 hrs which was not the worst thing. The product quality is not super but I was fine with it comparing to the price I paid. The worst part about all of this is that, they did not even apologize about the delay and for ruining my surprise for my husband and I told them how important it was to me as this was the first year of our marriage from the beginning. I’m very disappointed about all of it and I want to get this out of my chest so that you all can be cautious before u make a decision to choose them.
