Ordered (and paid for)a jacket last month. Was told they didn’t have the jacket in stock, but they would let me know when it was going to be in. I’ve sent at least three emails asking for an update and have received nothing UPDATE: We were FINALLY able to get someone on the phone- we told them we wanted a refund and they agreed. We ordered the coat from another vendor and received it. WEEKS later, we received the coat from Eli & Ella Rose- we returned the coat and requested the refund they promised. We have not heard from them since. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I paid for order in store and never received item. I have tried to call over a dozen times. I have sent multiple emails over and over with no response. I have reached out on DM on insta and received a response that there would be a response and never heard. I continued to reach out and still have not heard a word. Yet they kept the money. I see someone else has left a similar comment. Unfortunate but could be a scam. Buyer beware

Very unhappy. I ordered a jacket for my little girl weeks ago. $137 NZ! I have emailed, fb messaged and left a voice message with no response. Tracking has been issued to the item but has never updated! I'm a Mother on my own so it's devastating to spend that much on a special Birthday item for my child to have money poured down the drain. Very very upset.

Great shop/ I was able to get some last minute Christmas shopping done here. I didn't even have the time to send it luckily the sales assoicte was kind enough to inform me that they do: do shipping as well. I'm looking forward to seeing how my little react once they get there gifts!!

Jacket ordered. Money taken through PayPal and no jacket recieved. So far, have not been able to get an email response. Now it appears website it not working either. Buyer beware!!

Orders an item and it never shipped. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of this store. There are numerous store front locations and every single number connected to the store fronts are non working numbers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Don't shop here, terrible customer service from the owner. He really does not look out for you and I've contacted them 6 times over the course of 3 months and no replies for them sending me the wrong size. Steer clear of businesses that do not know to be run.
