This place has changed for sure seems like all the good staff are gone I was welcomed by a kid playing on his phone feet kicked up unprepared to check us in so had to wait on him to stop what he was doing on his phone to get his IPad. Tried pushing overpriced dab on us saying it's better cause it was in fancy high end soil. Asked him details on it all he could do was recite the brochure he handed me which gave me no answers. For people needing a dab store I recommend prime exotics in Eureka their staff is up and eager to help immediately and awesome prices on concentrates. So long element 7 miss the old staff and vibes

I LOVE ELEMENT 7 IN RIO DELL!

The store is bright, clean & well organized.

The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable! I particularly appreciate Drea! I have days where I can not make a decision (age, stress) and she has taken the time to learn my preferences & on those days she can just set me up! Priceless.

Super nice and incredibly helpful. I have really bad nerve damage to my back and legs so I need a bit more pain control. The staff has always been knowledgeable about the products they carry and they have helped me get the best relief I can with the very little money I have. Highly recommend!!
