The room was clean ish. But the window was nasty with cobwebs and dead bugs. Both shelves in the bathroom were broken. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom and the ceiling of the bathroom was gross. This is room 6, btw. It's a non-smoking property, but there were cigarette butts outside the door.

Great resting spot for the price. Comfy bed and pillows, relatively clean, very accommodating staff. Only thing I would change is to add drapes, the outside lights were not blocked well by the blinds. Would stay here again.

The worse filthy disgusting motel I’ve stayed in for a long time. $125 gets you floors so filthy, the bottom of your feet are black. The toilet and shower very filthy and look like they haven’t cleaned them for a long time. A soap dispenser was so dirty with no soap. Oh yeah, thanks for that nasty cigarette butt you left for us. The only thing decent was the air conditioner. And you know it’s bad when you can’t take a shower because it’s so disgusting. The pictures on their website aren’t what you see when you get there. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The owner was lovely and kind. The sink leaked so I called right away to let them know. They offered to change me rooms but I was so exhausted from my drive I told her I wouldn't use it and was content to stay and use the shower to brush my teeth and wash my face. The fridge had a freezer compartment big enough for all my ice packs and 2 water bottles!

We have stayed at the El Rancho Motel many times and ALWAYS have a wonderful experience! The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The owner is amazingly friendly and always happy to help us with any of our needs. We have recommended this motel to our family & friends, and they say the same thing! We can't wait for our next visit! You can't go wrong staying there!!

I don't enjoy leaving a negative review but a heads up is warranted here. I stayed here a few years ago and it was a decent value for the price then. Not this time. But due to a too-late-to-cancel prepayment, I endured all three nights. Most of the pictures posted for this motel appear to have been taken in obviously better times.||This is an old property that has potential but neglect really showed during my stay, primarily in basic sanitation. Grimy, spotted floors with curled up floorboard edges, grimy and worn out furniture items (spots and stains in the dresser drawers that were wobbly and difficult to open and close), no handle on the nightstand drawer, grimy TV remote (deposits of greasy dirt from many fingers) with many buttons so worn that labels were gone on many of them. Wide open drain with no stopper in the tiny bathroom sink...hazardous for contact lens users. I covered it with the one washcloth while handling my lenses.||Housekeeping was nonexistent for the three days of my stay. Small trash can filled and was not emptied, coffee maker was not cleaned or replenished after my first use, bed was not made up once for all three days.||Pluses: Someone dropped off a set of clean towels once. Good AC unit. Nice fridge with decent sized freezer. Assigned parking in font of each room.
