The worst customer service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed the order on Friday, September 8,2023, at 4:36 pm and I got a confirmation via text message , But Luisa called me by saying that they will closed at 5 PM and asked me to change the delivery date and the staff Luisa promised a Sunday morning delivery between 8-10am, but it didn't arrive until 11:42 am. The customer support was unprofessional, and she promised me that it will be deliver on Sunday early morning. When I tried to explain the situation to Mike, the owner, he yelled at me and kept repeating, 'I am an owner, period!' It's clear he has no understanding of good customer service. I would not recommend this place." I assume he is very proud of being "Owner" , but he doesn't know what's to be the owner. He needs to take communication classes !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Absolutely the worst experience ever. Cancelled my order after I barely placed it and still charged me $100. No valid reason and absolutely no accountability. Ruined my Mother’s Day!

Holiday hours stated they closed at 4PM. Received a call at 2:30PM letting me know they close at 3PM and I have to pick it up. I set the time to order for 4PM, which I expected & told her. She said, “It was a mistake.” I understand it is the holidays and everyone wants to go home but at least give me a call when I placed my order at 1PM instead of waiting the last 30 minutes. What a waste! 🙁 Definitely a mistake to order from them.

I made an order it was excepted and confirm for Mother’s Day, which is tomorrow . they took the payment, then called me and canceled The order, told me it would take five business days for me to receive a refund.😡 I am so extremely upset because tomorrow is literally Mother’s Day. Why would you take my payment? If you know you couldn’t fulfill the order. This is a extreme inconvenience. The girl on the phone was so unprofessional.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Placed a “get well” order for my sister. The delivery guy didn’t care to deliver as he called and since it went to voicemail she called him right back to confirm she’s home. He kept ignoring her calls and then texted that his shift is over. In my opinion- This is not an attempt to deliver, the guy just wanted to be done. I called the store and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. He said they’ll deliver another day and I said this won’t work out as there’s a reason why it needed to be delivered today. His answer to me was “good luck with cancelling”. Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. Support small businesses who actually care.

Placed an order for fruit arrangement and the person I sent it to was not home. The owner, very nice, called me to arrange a better time to retry delivery. I asked for delivery after 5:30 pm and although they technically close at 5, they went out of their way to deliver at the time I requested. I am very satisfied with their customer service. Will definitely be returning to this location!
