Ed Donato was great. He worked with us trying various vehicles, the sale process was easy, no pressure selling. He was patient as we were looking at multiple vehicles and had a hard time deciding. Then[recess was easy and he did a thorough review of vehicle, paperwork and dealership amenities. Would recommend highly!

We had such a great experience with ed he was kind and patient with the whole process it took us a couple days to get everything taken care of but we had such a pleasant experience working with him even though we had a difficult time with contacting the bank I will always recommend him to whomever goes to bob johnsons in Watertown he listens to what you are looking for in a vehicle and delivers what you are asking
