Look the coffee is great. But it's always such a garbage wait. Like right now; there are 20 cars in line, no hyperbole. These workers have nothing to do with this, they are great but management should do better. A half hour wait has got to be bad for business. I don'

A huge kudos to Sierra at the McHenry Dutch. She was so kind and friendly. I typically order the same drink every single time, but decided to order a diffrent refreshing rebel drink. I asked her to he creative and she was successful it making a drink that was delicious. It so reminded me of a slurpee without the calories. A big thank you to Sierra!!

Out of the dutch bros in modesto this one takes the win. Yes it gets packed yes it takes a while at times on a good day it goes quick , but you have to remember they deliver great service and always have a smile on their face everyone is always in a great mood. If i am not in a hurry i come here. If you want fast rude service go to starbucks . My iced coffee is always iced never watered down.

Good golly!!! These workers are freaking amazing!!! They are always in the happiest moods, even when they have people call out and there's not many of them. They offer all types of small upgrades to your drinks that end up making it taste soooo good. But the main thing I love about Dutch Bros is just how kind and happy the workers are. It's amazing, and it's so easy to get overwhelmed in this type of environment but they never take it out on their customers. This is my GO TOOO for drinks!!

This 1 star review is for the fact that there's NO WAY to call each individual Dutch Brothers location... the only phone number available is for Headquarters and that doesn't help me if I'm trying to ask a specific location a question.

Coffee was great. My reason for the low star rating I was the second car in line I waited for 10 minutes while a woman blew her cigarette smoke into the drive up window and was catching up with the staff.
