Employees does not speak to customers when the customers enter. They ignore you the entire time that you’re in the store. When you’re leaving the store then that’s when they asked if we need help. I use to go in there all the time when the other manager use to be there, she was tall and skinny and her entire staff treated the customers with respect. This new staff doesn’t at all. They’re in need of some coaching tips or need to be replaced. If I could give a zero star for the service I received today because the service was zero, then I would’ve given zero stars.

This has to be the worse facility by far. I went in with the intentions to buy my child some clothes upon entering there was no greeting no hello welcome in nothing. The girl stared me right in my face and did not say anything not to mention I walked past the workers and they say said “she looks like she steals” Not knowing I manage one of the top cooperations around. I can literally buy their lives humbly.

Update: The staff have improved since my last post. The staff became more kinder and respectful. Even for the suburbs. Giving them 4 stars (they had 1 star before)

Horrible customer service the whole time we were being ignored while in the store till I finally asked for help then the woman at counter was super rude. She had a problem with letting me try shoes on for my son, then said something super stupid as a worker to a customer “you want the shoes or not” super rude and ignorant. Please do not buy anything from here.

I recently had an amazing experience at the DTLR store, thanks to T and the store manager Bre. Coming all the way from Miami ! Their customer service was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Bre greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase allowing me to try on clothes and my shoes I picked out! They ensured that everything ran smoothly and even took the time to check in with me to make sure I had a great shopping experience. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Overall, Bre and T made my shopping experience at DTLR a memorable one for real for real. Their outstanding service and genuine care for customers are truly commendable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!

Great prices. However the service is horrible. They were slow and didn't seem interested in our sale. Ordered shoes on line. Service was even worse. Would give 0 stars if I could. Need 2 hire more people. Except white girl that actually helped us

Very rude staff at the Joliet IL location.

No greeting when we walked in the store and no one offered to help.

Staff was too busy talking about their plans after work, and their personal lives.

This was our first time visiting this store, we walked out without purchasing anything.

I walked in no greeting, asked for a size in some nikes she tells me yes I'll get them I was waiting 15 minutes just to see her organizing the clothes, so I asked again and with attitude she says give me a minute, I tried to ask someone else and they told me they are with somebody. 13 people in the store and 1 person being helped horrible store took my money elsewhere
