Drink Meta Water Coolers

We are new customers and VERY HAPPY with both the product and the service. Our water system coolers were installed quickly, neatly and easily by the courteous and knowledgeable technician, Ernest. We encountered a minor issue and it was resolved right away. Can't say enough about what a positive experience we have had!

Installation was efficient, and when there was a problem, the response was swift. I want to give a special shout-out to Joseph Cianci our sales rep who went above and beyond he was kind, patient professional, and went out of his way to customize to our specific needs. The technician arrived on time and installed the new unit with ease and efficiency. He was very personable and professional. Our personal representative, Victoria S., went above and beyond to make our transition transparent, smooth and super easy. She is always available and eager to help. Her amazing customer support and work ethic set a positive tone for our business relationship and was a big deciding factor on us choosing this service.

I am the founder of Delgado Studios, and work out of my home. I find the service to be excellent, as is Joe my sales guy. I've had a few installers come by, the last one Billy was awesome. He was patient and thorough. The cooler itself is great. With 3 gallons of total water ready to go, it never runs out of water as we used to go through about 20 5 gallon jugs a month. The water tastes amazing! I even have their new little K-Cup style coffee machine set up on the other side of the office space. The cooler sends filtered water directly to the machine for great tasting coffee! I cannot recommend this company enough. -Update - tech came by yesterday and rendered by cooler useless. The pump no longer works and the coffee machine is not getting water. This is great product, the service needs work.

We had problems with the filters and the company was able to replace them the next day. Miguel, their technician, was very neat and professional. He took his time to explained everything. He was very knowledgeable. Great Service. Highly recommended
