Cashier was too busy with her intercom on her ear, asked me if I was an Ace member which I said I was, then ignored my answer and she continued to talk into her ear and ring me up, then said I was not an Ace member and I had to tell her again that I was. Never asked if I needed anything else and never really address me, the customer right in front of her, and focused the majority of her time on the earpiece. Worst customer service ever at this ACE. though I must say this is not the usual for this store, in the past I have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience there.

This is the flagship of ace hardware stores right here in Walnut Creek. It’s a huge store that has everything. If you’re looking for a Traeger, they must have the largest selection around. It also have all the other barbecue supplies that you would be looking for. They have a whole separate building just for barbecue to make matters even more fun they have a train that goes around the top of the store. It’s very fun your kids will love it. I recommend visiting the store for all your needs.

I had a bad experience with the cashier today while paying for my item .I actually left the store feeling upset but chose to stay quiet and not reply to the way she spoke to me .The way words are said does matter .
