A bit of a disappointment. I know a lot of you use the doll peddler. I have too! I have spent close to a thousand dollars since May 10th and I have enclosed receipts. I ordered several wigs from them, this time using their eBay store. I didn’t receive ONE of the wigs after it was marked delivered. So I went through eBay’s process, which is contacting the seller first, and boy did I get a rude awakening! The tone that was used with me, my mouth was on the floor! All this over a $20 wig! Collectors, be mindful with who you order from… take heed, here is your forewarning from this shop. I hope no other Collector has to experience this. Upon writing my review, I have found that I am not the only customer that has had this experience with this company. This is very sad. A little Customer Service goes along way.

Seller has STOLEN 2 of my Pictures for Somers and Field - Mod British Birds Doll outfits, "Jazz Club" and "Captains Table". I have the metadata to prove it. I asked her to STOP using them, but after a month, she continues. Very nasty to deal with. She should take her own pictures!!!

Phenomenal online store! Outstanding seller from beginning to finish! I messaged prior to placing my first order & Miss Judy replied within minutes & was very friendly, helpful & answered all of my questions. My order was processed & shipped within 2 business days after I paid! And I will say that it is much better to shop through their online store directly rather than their ebay store. Their selection is much larger through their website & the prices are a lot better too! I would also like to add that my order was packaged securely & everything arrived in perfect condition. The shipping fee was very reasonable & my items arrived quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this retailer!!! Very highly recommend! Thank you so much for making this such an incredible shopping experience! ☺️

Tried to order. Credit card was preauthed. Then sent another invoice for over priced shipping. Card preauthed again. Then they can't seem to get the first preauth to go through. I canceled my order. Strange business practice. Snarky staff. Gross 😝

This retailer has pretty terrible communication in dealing with online orders. I never received a order confirmation ( I had to email them myself to confirm my order was placed ) or a shipping confirmation when my dolls shipped from this Seller. This seller also has a hard time calculating shipping costs. The only email I ever received from this company was to ask for an additional 3 dollars for shipping. Thankfully I received my dolls in a timely manner, after paying the additional shipping costs or my review would have been 1 star. I don't recommend this shop for online ordering. Way too much hassle from a customer perspective.

Just a matter of time before they are out of business. Absolute worst customer service, unprofessional, inflated shipping costs, and inappropriate behavior that could possibly harm customers and their personal privacy. Words cannot express how terrible the whole process of dealing with them is. Highly, highly, highly recommend for any and all to stay away. Find an alternative. It will be completely worth it.
