The pros -The store has a huge number of items across many genres literally stacked floor to ceiling. It was amazing to see the scope of offerings. I found many rare and hard to find items. There was so much to look at it would take a week to see everything on offer. Sales staff were very friendly and engaging. The cons- the store is a chaotic ball of mess. There was a massive leak creating an unintended water feature between the front and back of the store which is a terrible thing when a lot of your stock is made of paper. Virtually nothing was priced and it seemed the staff would simply estimate what something was worth and present this as the price. As a business you should have the merchandise marked with the price and not have to look things up online. Pricing for most items we asked about was so far above retail it almost made my teeth fall out of my head. Merchandise was scattered all over the floor, being trampled and I was wondering if the place had been ransacked the night before. Unbelivable mess. Amazing selection, rare items and friendly staff but complete lack of organization and presentation. If they closed down for a week and repaired, cleaned, organized and implemented reasonable pricing this place would be a go to destination for the tcg community.

It was better when I went the first time years ago. Just so happened to end up coming on the day the Internet was down, yesterday, at the time of this comment, and the person behind the counter was not very pleasant. Yes I did get quite a bit from the store, yes I do know you were cash only at the time due to the Internet being down, but even still, shouldn't be a reason to treat a customer poorly for being a customer, when I just as easily could have given another card shop the money for everything and I would have had an easier time finding the stuff I want. I may be back, I may not, depends on the worker and/or the business respecting the customers who want to come in and give this store their money. Really nice shop otherwise and it's got just about everything you could want TCG wise

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Purchased an item on their Mercari page. Owner claimed that package shipment was delayed due to weather. So I waited 2 weeks. Then finally they cancelled and block me without any communication when I followed up. They even have the item listed for much higher. Inconsiderate, greedy, and overall shady business. Avoid.

Edit: Owner said they would sell me the item for the same price BUT has made no effort to reach out or provide contact information. All while the item is listed for +50% higher

Very unorganized, no heat on in bldg (worker had gloves on), had to look up everything for prices (not much labeled), wouldn't/couldn't even get certain products down on shelves as too much clutter blocked it (isn't that the point of a retail store to sell you stuff), etc...just a non-desirable experience.

If you have a desire to waste a ton of time, guess at what they have, have to ask too many questions (and freeze in the winter)...then this is the place for you. If not, consider elsewhere...not a good experience at all.

I love this place. It is a bit messy (ok, a lot messy), but I still love it. They have a great selection of cards. The workers were extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I’ve stopped here a few times, including today, and it will always be my go to spot. Plus, buying at a local shop is always the best!

I had high hopes for this card shop, but it was a nightmare. The prices were way higher than comparable prices online, and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was the one being unreasonable. They refused to honor their own sales and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification. Poor customer service, won't be shopping here again!

I’ve been to a ton of card shops but this one has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Staff ignored me while I was browsing, and when I asked for help, they were dismissive and condescending. I felt like I was an inconvenience just for being there.

I walked into this shop the other day and boy what a mess it was. Boxes everywhere, cleanliness definitetly in question. Maybe thats their vibes but as a collector, I want my things to be clean/in minty conditions. The disorganization and cluster just makes it hard to browse. I personally wouldn’t come back in here again.

Went yesterday, enjoyed it. I want to buy some bulk baseball/basketball boxes, may be back by today. Would love to meet the owner, that place is FULL of treasures.
