Very nice store with wide variety of options for gaming movies and more. Employees are always very kind and helpful upon looking for games or just having a nice coversation with. Seriously amazing store with very good prices on items. I only bought six video games that usually cost a fortune to obtain through online gaming and the games I picked up only cost me about 60$ it was quite a steal! Keep up the good work disc replay

The "local game store" vibe is completely gone. They've gone full corporate and you can feel it when you walk in. It's not personal anymore, it's basically a worse GameStop now. There are many other used game places in the area that I would recommend instead of wasting your time here. Media Reload is just a short drive away, and a million times more welcoming, better, and has a much better selection. The shelves at Disc Replay may appear fuller, but they have 20 copies of the same game cluttering the shelves up just to look like they have a selection.

Employees seemed overworked, exhausted, and disrespected by a person I can only assume was a manager or supervisor? While I couldn't hear the entire conversation, the tone was very authoritarian and disrespectful to the employee who was practically doing everything by herself.

This visit has completely soured my view of this entire store. Will not be back next year. I do not recommend.

Disc Replay is literally one of my favorite stores I go to to purchase my tech from. The staff there is very knowledgeable and professional at what they do. We are very blessed to have a store like Disc Replay in the Greater Flint area.

Nathan was the goat, got us sorted with some good deals. My buddy is really enjoying his 9 copies of Batman Vs Superman. I’ve been shopping here a long time, and I think Nathan is the nicest and coolest employee they have had over the years. They have a wonderful selection of movies, games, and systems and id definitely check it out.

Not what it used to be. Way too focused on social media content then having staff to help you in store. And the last few times I've been in there that girl with the green hair seems a little to “friendly” with the kid who wears a hat. Used to be a great store now it's just an unprofessional environment with just kids running the place.

These guys are awesome! I've regularly purchased nostalgic games from this store. Granted if anything doesn't work you have 48 to come bring it back. But I have only had that ever happen one time and they had another copy they gave me without any hassle or issue. They also give decent rates for stuff you don't want anymore which was a real nice surprise when I traded in two games to discover they paid for what I went in for with store credit left over. I highly recommend at least checking it out. The guy that helped me out name was Gavin and he was absolutely awesome.

One of my fav places to turn in items. U can build up credit towards stuff. Prices are pretty good and they have a large variety of games, movies, consoles and collectibles. The staff is always friendly. And very understanding. I use a wheelchair and sometimes. If I ask they will come outside to me if I had turned in stuff before and am picking up something.

Called this morning about selling some items and was told it would be 2 days+ before they would be looked at. They Used to be a really great store looked at your stuff quickly even if it would take a few hours, but seems like the last few months they’ve really gone down hill and care more about social media post then actually buying items from customers. Will not be going back. Miss when they cared about the business and not just corporate greed.

When I walked into Disc Replay I was politely greeted by an employee named Matthew. I told him that I was looking for DVDs for my autistic son to add to his growing collection. He walked me over to the DVD section and even helped me look for some. While I’m sure I could have found what I needed myself, it’s nice to have been helped. I’ve since gone back with all my kids in tow and we’ll be back again. There’s something there for all of them!
