So I was in Marion,IL Dillard's doing some shopping and this employee was pushing merchandise on me in the worse way and was very rude & annoying and wouldn't take no for an answer when I told her I didn't want all that stuff she was pushing on me. I personally am in sales and never ever seen anyone be this way! I'll say this for sure if she's there I will never go back! I think her name was Adrian or something like that!

The people at this store are fantastic!! They made every effort to help my husband and I find the perfect outfits. We were so well taken care of from mens, womens, shoes and jewelry. The whole group deserves an award! Keep up the fabulous customer service!!

When you walk in there, you forget Amazon even exists. There’s such a huge variety of items and the workers are great!

Ask the lady for help in handbags. She told me hold on and put the phone down then proceeded to help another customer with the same bag I was asking for making conversation with them ringing them out all while I was still on hold for her to check to see if a color was in stock. Very rude. And to top it off the responses aren’t very original “if you have any questions or concerns please email us at [email protected]” way to go dillards you make your customers feel really welcome!

Had to return a dress that my daughter decided not to wear. Returning the item was simple. Since the dress was purchased with cash, I asked for cash back. The registers must not keep cash because I was asked to go to the service desk with my voucher to receive the cash. Not a big deal because it took me through the store and I saw some really good sales.

Went into the store to get graduation outfits and Jearl completely dressed both of my children from head to toe to the nines! He listen to every concern and idea and made this the best and easiest shopping experience for this busy mom of two graduating seniors! If he ever leaves the store we will be lost! He knows style and and comfort. He has so much knowledge about all of the clothing that he can have you looking great and comfortable! He is a great asset to the store and so nice it's like shopping with your best friend! If you are planning on shopping go find him!
