Stickers on big rolls at the back of the store were depleted. There were none of the beautiful stickers remaining, only mundane ones because the (American) sticker company had gone out of business.

There were many other party and holiday items in the store. I found some old-time chewing gum flavors like Beemans and clove. And it's the place to go for custom birthday balloons. I also found a hula hoop for my granddaughter.

I asked the clerk about light-up Halloween necklaces and he showed them to me, commenting that Halloween items are not returnable. That makes sense. It also implies to me that other items may be returnable.

After I paid and he printed out the ticket, he got out a rubber stamp and stamped the ticket "Not returnable." I questioned if that meant everything on the ticket, which were mostly not Halloween items. But everything was deemed to be not returnable. I would have liked to know that before checking out. I don't like to return things but I do like to know that it's possible to do so.

The process of checking out was a bit annoying because the clerk rapped his fingers loudly on the counter.

For your party needs, any occasions or anything under the sun, this place is paradise. A lot to choose from, great stuffs, pricey though. They also have costumes for any events, everything is in here in one store! Well organised, neat and all nice things around for your festivities all year round.
Friendly staffs, they can answer any of your queries for what you’re looking for. Parking is not a problem, it’s in an open plaza mall. I’ll definitely recommend this special party store.

So many items not priced. So many empty shelfs. Customer service provided by lady cashier a bit rude to me. It was definitely a lost of time and deception. I wanted to like this place but has less candy assortment than target or wallmart; it's pricey too. Plus they close at 5pm.

The staff was so fast and friendly! I was in a rush to get these balloons for a surprise and they got them blown up super fast for me! The store has a bunch of great selections too!

THE GO TO PLACE FOR EVERY PARTY!!
Family-owned store, with amazing vibes and service. Bumped into one of the owners who said to my kids to go on and keep touching, experimenting and have fun with the Halloween costumes and stuff!!
A full session for Halloween: all kinds of costumes, hard to find items. Plus party supplies, candies, toys, balloons... Everything!!

Great selection of toys! Great classics to enjoy over the weekend. The store organizes the toys really well so it’s easy to navigate. I will definitely be back.
