For some reason they would not allow my spouse to try shoes on, and wanted her to commit to buying before trying saying “it’s a lot of effort to bring shoes from back unless you commit to buying”. Is this normal these days where people spend 150-200 bucks without trying the shoes on? It’s not like we tried 100s of shoes to bother the sales lady. It was literally our first ask. Anyway, this was our first visit to the store and will definitely be the last.

Very poor. I bought a Callaway Golf Driver, 2 years ago at this Dicks location and recently it shattered in my hand during play. I took it back to the store for warranty and received a bold face lie that Callaway clubs shafts broke all the time and the warranty was 90 days. When I pushed it turns out the warranty was 2 years. I can do with out lies where I spend my money, thank you very much, and will not be spending any more time at Dicks Sporting Goods.

Great selection of sporting goods. It has a little bit of everything to include long guns and archery. Staff was very nice and helpful. Large selection of Golf apparel and equipment.

Mr. Eric this past saturday on 4/12 was awesome. I looked for a merchandise that was not out on display but was in stock. I was looking around and he offered to help and got it from stock room and helped me load it up in the car. It was a very pleasant experience. This will be my goto place besides the one in Modesto.
