Just order your funstuff online. I bought a device, it was faulty, and now they want me to go through the manufacturer for a resolution. Their phones don't work and I had to drive there to be told they cannot help. Amazon is cheaper, better customer service, and will actually handle faulty products for you.

The Male cashier made me uncomfortable. I don’t feel comfortable discussing what to purchase with this employee. I felt intimidated as soon as I walked in the door as he tried to greet me in an antagonistic manner. Not sure if I will go back and make a purchase at this store. I had to go to the one in Atascadero their female cashier was a bit better to work with.

Staff was not helpful, the girl at the counter march 16th about 3pm, was totally disengaged. She had opportunities to upsell and/or show different products/items and she just blew it. Barely spoke, didn't even ask if we needed help etc

2.5 ish yrs ago there was a veeery helpful lady who worked there. She was knowledgeable and not afraid to talk and suggest .

They sold a toy to me right before closing so I went out to the car and tried to get it charging I the way home, right when I saw the plug it looked broken, tried to charge the toy, no go. I called and they stopped answering phone calls. I left a message, nobody called back. I called again and was told they know it wasn't broken when it left. Not to mention the same thing was for sale in the manufacture website for 100 dollars less. Horrible horrible horrible. Save your money for somewhere else.

Need more products other then that, this shop is awesome, clean, friendly staff and good prices. The employee grace is a very chill chick, she was very knowledgeable.
