Great place with great staff. I've been to other hobby shops and was treated like an annoyance. This place is great. They have a huge selection and everyone is so friendly. I'm going to be a regular now I just know it. My son won a race with the derby car we build.

One of the best things about having a hobby is going into a hobby shop and finding that the people working there are even bigger fans than you. They have a great selection of model railroad equipment and much more. Everyone I've spoken to is beyond friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lyle and George (hope I spelled your names correctly) for really taking their time and providing great customer service.

This is a wonderful hobby shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an order with them for an Atlas locomotive. They worked with me to verify that I had the correct part number and description for the engine I wanted. They let me know about the lead times, even gave me suggested times/dates to call back to follow up if I wanted to.
After receiving the call that it was in, I went in to pick it up. They offered to test the engine to verify that all was functional before I completed the purchase. (I did have them test it) Great place to do business with.

Awesome Store for people into the Model Railroading Hobby! Love the stock of Model Trains. As a HO Scale Modeler I love their products and nicely stocked. Didn’t mind the high prices. Will definitely visit here again!

These folks are wonderful. A great selection of all scales of trains, track, scenery and buildings at reasonable prices. They have plenty of new stock, but also some rare and beautiful vintage pieces. The staff is terrific; they really take the time to make sure you know what you need, how it will work and what to consider. They have helped us keep our 40 year old LGB train going for years. Well worth the drive from the Northern 'burbs. They also have a great selection of model planes.
