If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a premium Thanksgiving centerpiece with candles for thanksgiving. Unfortunately, a coffee mug with flowers in it was delivered.

I called and spoke to Morgan. Not only was she snotty, obnoxious, and lacking any sort of sorrow, she also didn’t apologize once through the conversation, or offer to make it right.

BUYER BEWARE. If disappointing people the day before a holiday at the bargain price of 80 dollars is your game, certainly visit this florist.

I received a beautiful arrangement on Saturday 2/22/25 and today 2/24/25 most of the flowers are wilted and dead. I have done business with Dehn's for many years and am totally disappointed.
UPDATE
I received a call from Emily from Dehn's and she was very concerned that I was disappointed in my flowers and offered me a replacement. I sent her pictures of the arrangement I received. She apologized a number of times. Today I received a beautiful bouquet. I am very impressed that they were willing to replace my flowers. Thank you Emily and the staff at Dehn's they stand behind their product and not many places do that these days

I spoke with Rachel to order flowers for my very special Aunt's birthday. Rachel was so helpful. She was patient and did a wonderful job with the order. The flowers arrived earlier then I expected. Prompt service. The delivery person to extra care to be sure they stayed warm in the cold outdoors. The photo does not do them justice. They are so pretty in person. My Aunt was thrilled with the pumpkin holder. She will be using it again and again. Thank you Dehn's Flowers.

What a great experience! Dehn's exceeded my expectations across the board. I was searching for a last minute gift basket for our daughter's birthday. Living out of the area it's important to me to find a trustworthy business that I am able to speak directly with. I remembered ordering from Dehn's a few years back. They answered the phone very quickly, were super friendly, pleasant & helpful, listening to my wishes. Just received a plant arrangement for my birthday. The card was not signed the way my husband asked and the plants in it were not really plants. For the money, I am overall disappointed. Informed my husband to never buy from them again.
