Ordered a HK SP5 from them. About 500 dollars cheaper than most sites. Order took a little longer than I would have liked (25 days) but that was because they had to return one due to a defect. Once they shipped it I got it in 1 day. They were always helpful and answered the phone every time I called. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would order from them again.

Ordered a part, expected a wait as explained on site(7-10) days. Day 12 no info and found another option so cancelled order. Within the day I got and email stating part was ready to ship. Part arrived few days later. I have never opened the package as I cancelled the order. Been trying to get I touch with them for over a month now for refund and return shipping label. They will no answer phone call, return phone call, answer email or any type of communication. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a retailer. Avoid this company like the plague!

Only shipped half of my order. I had to email and call a bunch of times to finally get an answer. Good prices, but the hassle wasn't worth it for me. They did finally get everything out to me after a few weeks. I won't be shopping here again. Hopefully they get it figured out.

Where do I start they messed up my order the first time on a Taurus pistol shipping a non optics ready model . To be fair they gave me a coupon code i used it on a high dollar item with one left in stock all of a sudden the item went out of stock . It was almost a full ten days later I was told it was out of stock. If their system is real time as far a inventory goes why did it take that long. Ina nut shell they cancel my order cause the coupon code took of to much money and they couldn't make a profit from the seller even though they sent the the coupon code for them messing my first order from them. Absolutely disgusting behavior . Thanks for nothing

If you want low cost and shipping within stated time frame, this is your source. If you want it yesterday go someplace else and pay a much higher price. Same product, different business model.
I have ordered twice, no issues. Gunner in sales is knowledgeable and will take care of you along with other reps. I have no dog in this fight just pleased with my experience with DefenseDepot.

Defense Depot let me place an order for a gun that was on sale for Black Friday. Then they waited 2 weeks and cancelled my order costing me over $500 dollars and 5 magazines. When I asked them to honor the price I payed them before they cancelled on me, they never even answered. If you like getting things you pay for, spend your money else where. I'll highly recommend everyone I speak with to never use Defense Depot for anything.

Ok, so I ordered a pair of guns BEFORE I saw all the negative reviews. Much better prices than elsewhere. They are terrible at responding to emails, they basically don’t. And trying to get somebody on the phone is extremely frustrating. One day when I was trying to call the number was disconnected, other times you just can’t get a person to talk to. That being said, I called back a few times in a row yesterday and spoke to human. (Think his name was Jesse) The guy couldn’t have been more helpful, very pleasant and answered all my questions efficiently without rushing me off the phone. The guns will be here in 2 days, right on schedule.
