My dress was absolutely gorgeous and the tailoring was phenomenal!! My experience with Diane and the work she did with my dress and myself be a 5 star!! I gave 1 star based solely on my experience the day I came to pick up my dress for my special day. I came into the store, my dress was brought out to the register and the woman with tattoos on her arm who works there said an outrageous dollar amount was due. I immediately said, “Um. No”. To which she turned around and looked puzzled at me. I said, “I put $500 down the day I chose the dress and I came in here 2 times after that and made payments. All I should owe is around $50 for the dress and the cost for the tailor”. The woman asked if I had the receipts and at that moment I didn’t which sent me in a panic. She then went through a payment log they keep and she informed me there was no record of my payments. I told her “well until you can figure out where my record of payment is you can keep the dress”! And I walked outside to my car where my sisters were waiting for me. I cried and told them what happened. They helped me tare my car apart and we were able to produce 2 of the 3 receipts showing I did in fact make an initial payment of $500 and another $200 payment on a later date. I couldn’t find my 3rd receipt showing my $100 payment and of course, any payments I made outside my initial payment was cash so I had no credit trail either. I decided because I at least had the $500 and $200 receipts, I’d swallow the $100 as my wedding was just 3 days away!!! I went in, showed her my receipt and paid whatever the balance was at that point. I left there so stressed out and angry. That woman with the tattoos on her arm was the woman I made payments to twice and she acted like she’d never seen me before!!!! Also, that makes her the person who didn’t record my payments in their payment log! The mis management of hundreds of dollars is unacceptable!! If you’re buying from them, keep your receipts or they will swindle you!!!!

I can’t thank Diane and Deanna’s Bridal Shoppe enough for my stunningly beautiful wedding dress! I was in awe the second I stepped in the beautiful bridal shop/suite upstairs and knew right then and there that this was the place I wanted to find a dress. This is not like any other bridal shop I have been to - it’s 1 on 1 without anyone else around or the employee having to tend to other brides or work matters. The scenery is gorgeous and the customer service experience is even better! Diane was SO helpful in listening to what I was envisioning, and also showing me dresses she thought would be flattering on my body type. Diane was so personable & kind, and very clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I loved every ounce of detail on the dress and truly had an amazing experience at DeAnna’s - what a magnificent combo! I cannot recommend this shop enough! Thanks again

DeAnna’s is pretty much the best shop ever. My wedding was in Oct 2020 and since we changed our original plans due to COVID, ended up planning the wedding we had in a matter of weeks. My mom introduced me to DeAnna’s after she got her beautiful MOB dress there. I went for the first time a few weeks before my wedding to look for a shawl or coat to wear if it was cold on the wedding day. Dianne had thoughtfully set aside different options that might work with my dress for me to try. Ironically, although I got a great and versatile white soft shawl, I ended up not needing it since it was 70+ degrees on my wedding day. Luckily though, I scored a ton of other things at DeAnna’s that were on my to-do list. I got my veil, earrings, and a belt to sew onto my wedding dress and loved all of them. Dianne even gave a recommendation for our hair/makeup person that I ended up using! Dianne and the whole staff at DeAnna’s are so helpful and provide exceptional customer service. I will be going back to DeAnna’s for sure!

I had such an amazing experience getting my TWO(!!) wedding dresses at DeAnnas. I came by DeAnnas last May during the beginning phase of wedding dress shopping. I booked an appointment and got the chance to try on about 10 different dresses and ended up finding the one for my wedding in July 2020. I felt so special and listened to during my initial try-on, all of my comments were heard and I got to try on all types of dresses I thought I might like, even though I didn’t end up with what I initially envisioned! I picked out my perfect dress and was really excited about wearing it to my wedding, however, with the COVID pandemic we decided to postpone our big wedding and reception until next summer and chose to have a small elopement ceremony with our immediate family this July. Once this was decided I reached out to Dianne to see if I could get another dress for my small ceremony this year. She was so helpful, immediately responded to all of my emails and was so easy to work with regarding the second dress I picked out from the dresses I initially tried on. Dianne ended up letting me purchase their sample gown which was in great shape and it was altered to fit me for a great price. I would 10/10 recommend DeAnnas to anyone in the area looking for a wedding dress, it’s such a great, fun and special experience! I cannot wait until July 2021 to show off “The Dress”. I stopped in about a month ago to get chocolates for someone special. I've been back two more times since for three more gifts. This is the PERFECT place to find a unique gift for a friend's birthday, Mother's Day, teacher appreciation, thank you, etc. The saleswoman has taken her time with me each visit to help me select the PERFECT gift. I bought a pair of earrings from Thailand and the recipient was over-the-moon happy. I have never given a gift with such a hugely positive reaction!! Every single gift has been a 10/10 and they wrap them up so beautifully. The presentation is fabulous!!

I has such an great experience at DeAnna's. Diane did such an amazing job and was so accommodating. I needed a lot of alterations made to my dress since I was having a religious wedding. They did such an amazing job and listened to everything I wanted. They completely built up the top of my dress and added sleeves. I was so happy that I got my dress there! Everything was perfect and stress free.
