Literally the best staff. Always friendly, always welcoming, and great at communicating policies with customers when needed. Loved all the products I’ve bought here! They always have a huge stock of the best stuff, no one else compares. And they have a huge selection for cosmetics and electronics! Photos of a few recent purchases included.

Never again coming to this store the workers are so rude if you change your mind on an item you don’t want it no more they get mad they got nasty attitude. I’ve been to other stores and they greet you all nice in the store . And I will tell my family and friends and neighbors to do not come to this location. Don’t waist your time coming to this store they are so rude.

My family & I shop here often. The prices are GOOD & they restock frequent so we always find really good deals! I’ve recommended this place to family & friends.

The reason for my low rating is based on two recent encounters with the same person. I’ve gone like 30 times & usually the costumer service is good. My first encounter happened on Thursday Morning. From what i remember their policy was if you want a box to be opened go to the front, so i did. The lady who was there responded “I’m not opening boxes” I replied “i thought to come to the front” she said “there’s a box opening station”. I looked around & didn’t see a box opening station sign or area. I didn’t see a line anywhere else besides to pay. I just walked away. She never directed me to the box opening station, if i was a brand new person coming here I’d be like WTF- she wasn’t helpful. This was my first Thursday morning so i guess their policies change by time/day. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe her attitude was coming from it being so busy. I got help later from a lady who checked us out… Fast forward, a different Thursday in the evening. The store is not busy. As i was shopping, I was curious about a pet comb. I know their policy is don’t open boxes so I have to admit that I was at fault for trying to see if the comb was inside a box. I looked around- didn’t see an opening box station. I looked at the front & she was there. Given my previous encounter I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to help me when she had shooed me away before… i decided i was going to peek in the box. I’m not putting a lot of effort into opening the box as my eyes are glancing at their tables. the lady walks up to me & says “if you’d like to open the box you can bring it to the front I can help you” I said okay, & just put the box down. Nothing to complain about this because I know I’m in the wrong for trying to peek in a box & it’s her job to address their policy. This interaction was ok… it’s time to pay. My partner & i were shopping separate but we were sharing a basket. My partner was in the front standing to the side & She was cleaning the counter & was a few feet away from the register, so i told her “we’re ready”. And she responds “yea, i already told him when he’s ready he can put the stuff on the counter” with a strong tone. I was not aware of this conversation so I’m coming blindsided & it was really not necessary to talk in that manner, it was rude. I also didn’t know which of the two registers are open & she didn’t direct us. She could’ve said “ok, put your stuff on this register.” But again, lack of help here & a lot of attitude. At this point I’m ready to leave… She comes across some giblets we found & starts taking them out of the bag. She said they’re mixed & instead of paying 1$ for them we’d have to pay 2$. We explained to her that that’s how we found them. We didn’t even notice they were different, (maybe someone returned them like that, idk). We understood that it was their policy. It was her attitude & approach to the situations that was a problem to us. We spoke to a manager/supervisor about our interaction & said we can ask to be assisted by someone else in the future.

I’m honestly sad writing this post. I’m not confrontational nor do i like problems. But these were two bad experiences. I loved this place and now if she’s there I’m going to think twice just to avoid having further problems. Your employer should reflect the culture of the store and she’s not like the rest of the workers here. (Almost) everyone is friendly, helpful & approachable. The employees make small talk at the register. I’ve even had workers suggest things for my baby girls. I’ve had workers interact with my girls. It feels like a family owned store. Hopefully it’s a learning experience for everyone. The girl learns to watch her tone and provide help (the opening box station is over there, I’m on register 1). hopefully they put up signs regarding their opening box station. & i won’t be peeking in boxes anymore.

Do not open a box to see what's in side whether it's taped shut or not they'll have a fit. So all the stuff in the boxes aren't even for sale unless you want to go find somebody if they have time to come and open it for you kind of ridiculous. Don't even look in the boxes because you'll get in trouble for it and who wants to get babysat for a bunch of stuff worth $1 or two, and most of it is mixed up andjunk just spread all over the place. You'll be lucky if you can find something that goes together anyway The stuff that goes together is in the box but don't open those. this place is ridiculous I wouldn't recommend it.Also backpacks are not allowed, but large purses are. Don't park your motorcycle by bike parking, not allowed. Every time I go there it something. I work across the street from here and we don't have any of these rules, and way more valuable items.

Had a horrible experience. Had an item in my hand and got it taken away because somebody had placed it on hold. Didn't know that was allowed

It's a nice large place to browse. Enough room where you're not running into people. It seems to be cleaner than the other Deal Buster's around the area. Things add up quickly and it's easy to walk out with a bill of $100 or more.
