Great cards and items to give to someone special

Great prices and a nice selection of quality cards. Most cards marked for $3.79 to $5.99 (less expensive than Hallmark) and prices are then half off. So I got 10 cards for $22 - that same $22 would have gotten me 2 1/2 cards at my local Hallmark store. DeDe's is greatly!

Went to buy some cards and scratch off tickets. The guy behind the counter said that he would not sell any lottery tickets or scratch offs. He said the lottery was closed. Does that make sense? It’s a cash transition. I wonder if the owner of the store know that he just lost a sale.
