I found this Days Inn was really good value for money. Room was spacious and clean. It had a coffee maker, a microwave and a small fridge. The bathroom was also a good size and had a separate toilet/shower area with a door than the sink area. The staff are friendly and there's someone at the front desk 24x7. Wifi was also provided and was good. A simple breakfast of yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and pastries was provided 6:30-9:30am, together with coffee, juices and tea.
Parking might be tight. When we stayed there the Inn was fully booked with mostly people planning to hit Mammoth. Luckily, there were 2 spots left, but there's a possibility one might have to park on the road.
One note is if you stay at the bottom floor, you will hear the top floor tenants' walking around in the morning. If you get up early or don't mind this, then it shouldn't be much of an issue. If you want to sleep in late, try and get a second floor room.

Located conveniently besides Highway 395, this is an affordable and cozy place to spend the night. Room, bathroom and the common spaces were clean and well maintained. They also provide decent breakfast ๐ฅ๐ง option. One thing that you should take into consideration is that they have limited parking spots so if you arrive late, you might have to park on the street.

AVOID! 0 out of 5. Hotel charged me 3 weeks later a duplicate amount. I called 7 times to understand the charge but their accounting is so terrible no one could figure out how to refund. This is stealing and fraudulent activity.
Oh, and the hotel was awful. Horrendous smell in the room and everything old/dirty. There are many other hotels in Bishop. Do not choose this one.

Great hotel. Perfect for a fishing trip. The heat and AC work impeccably. Hot water is instant rooms are clean, staff is friendly, what more could anyone ask for tip: if you like Real coffee bring your own LOL.

I went to wash my hands in the sink. The hand soap dispenser was empty. (They no longer supply little soaps but have a large container affixed to the wall). I tried calling the reception but the phone didn't work. So I walked to lobby and got a replacement. I went to wash my face and there weren't any facial wash cloths. I walked back to the lobby and they told me they no longer supply small wash cloths. I persisted and they found the only remaining one. Oh come on! I returned to the room and tried to set the locking device. It was so loose that when extended it would NOT keep the door from opening. So, maybe a chair against the door tonight for my safety. The TV was hard to get working. I turned it on and it just kept telling me "no signal". Just pressing the power button on the remote didn't do it. No instructions. After several minutes I finally solved the Chinese puzzle. The internet was really slow and would drop me. It took me about 5 minutes to load the tripadvisor page. I tried running a speed test and it couldn't do the test. Eventually I was able to run the test. 2 mB download. Not impressive. The room is nice enough but so far there have been a few too many avoidable issues. They are now charging a $7 a night fee in addition to what I already paid to book. That is new. In addition, the cost per night is higher than in the past. We've been here a half dozen times or more and thought that it was a nice enough place to stay on our way to Tahoe. Next time, I may try another place in Bishop or a nearby town.

Beware: even though booking.com said I was fully paid for my stay, much to my surprise, when I arrived, I was told there was an extra $7 per night fee. They had zero explanation as to why. This was on top of a $168/night stay at a hotel that doesnโt have a pool, or hot tub, as opposed to the pics you see. I would not stay here again. Edit: I was looking for my dogโs toy and lifted up the end of the bedspread only to see this disgusting stain on the last day I stayed there. It makes me feel sick to think I was sleeping on a mattress like this for 3 days.

And overnight stop on our way to eastern Sierras. Clean room, spacious and the price was right. Adequate breakfast and conveniently located to 395 and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a flat tire and had to spend the night unexpectedly. Angel checked us in and helped us find a place to eat and Mayra was very helpful getting us a ride back to our car in the morning. Great service with a smile!
