Wonderful upscale novelty gift shop...very fun to browse anytime I'm shopping in Victorville. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very clean shop...no solicitor issues outside. If you love cool stuff you don't need, lol, I recommend this store. 😁

Purchased (1) Detective Pikachu Case Figure Collection Box Trading Card Game. Paid $29.99 but Target & Amazon has the exact same one for $12.99!!!! I noticed they over price a lot of stuff such as Pokémon hats for $19.99 that go for $8 on eBay. Exact same!! I lost all respect for this once fun getaway spot. Avoid!!! They obviously don’t care about the customers, just your Wallet. If I could give the (0) Stars I would.

Ok so I got a trainer butterfly knife and it broke not even a month later but I dropped it so whatever right? The owner was very nice and replaced it for me (they normally don't do that so don't expect a deal like that) so not even 3 days I had the blade he gave me I didn't drop it at all and the bolt came off and I had too fix it again no big deal but then as I'm doing the usual beginner tricks the bolt snaps and the clip completely breaks I've bought 2 other blades there and have broken almost the exact same way they have poor quality merchandise and rip you off for what u r getting my tip go there for Nick nacks not things u use every day this is ridiculous they should cost 5 dollars cuz they break so easy but they rip u off for 20 for a knife that dosnt last a couple days. I've been a loyal shopper to this store but I think it's tome I find a new knife shop

Referred to this awesome store from Nathaniel at "Fanzz"...thank you! Was extremely shocked as I entered, the energy there is felt from each item you pass....rather "positive" or "negative!!" Working in retail for sometime i understand the basic plights of running a small shop... I also understand what is right and wrong.

after being a shopper of this store and its sister anime ages for sometime, i found myself in the situation of acquiring a faulty made watch from dark ages.

after making repeat returns and being told to play time roulette of landing in the door when the manager "might" be in; i landed in the store a week after purchase with my defective merchandise and manager in sight.

while its known the shop only offers an exchange, i find it funny the only exchange offered was my faulty watch for the choice of a different colored faulty watch. this could have been simply avoided by offering the store credit for another one of the many items on a shelf.

after pointing out the fact that the watch was literally falling apart inside (including a decal sticking the hour hand inside), the manager offered a return. only before claiming i may be lying and must have dropped or damaged the watch purposefully.

as if the transaction couldn't get any more disgusting, i was offered a return value a full $7.00 less than what i paid. the reason given, and the exact quote "this isn't target or walmart, im a small business"

yes, being a small business isn't easy. treating a customer with fair business practices though, is.

when purchasing from this shop, may i recommend avoiding anything mechanical.

Went in today to purchase something, we waiting to get help to get something behind the counter and no one came. The lady in the front counter was too busy laughing it up and chatting away with someone . We waved and asked for help, she said she would be right with us. So we waited some more. She never came I guess this store is doing so well because she ignored us and kept chatting with her as we waited for help. They were just hanging out in the front of the store at the end of the counter laughing it up. So disappointed, so we left and she was still chatting away.

They rip you off do your research before you buy any items they over price! Got a pocket knife there for 29.00. I googled the pocket knife serial number and brand it cost 9.57 they triple there prices!!!

Definitely an odd shop, but an always welcoming atmosphere and really cool products! They sell swords people! Real swords!!
