Been looking for a good cigar shop in the area and dad's was 20 minutes from my house so I never went there until today. Won't go anywhere else now that I found it. Every other place sold just a few cigars and they weren't properly stored. Great lounge in the back too

STAY AWAY!

This place offers rare cigars with prices that are hard to justify—think $10 cigars priced at $25 or more! Over the years, it’s become clear that something has gone astray at this establishment. While the lounge has a pleasant ambiance, the inflated prices don't align with the experience. After multiple visits, it’s clear it's time to move on. ✌️

I even gave it another chance, hoping for a turnaround, but it only spiraled downward. When I attempted to purchase a box of these rare cigars, I was denied simply for leaving feedback about my experience!

*Instead of embracing customer input like most businesses, they confront patrons head-on.*

That’s not the path for me. I truly hope your competitors take notice and rise to the occasion.

This place lacks professionalism. Choose wisely with how you spend your time and money!

Used to love this place. Great place to have a drink, cigar and cigarette. Clientele has changed and made it a very unwelcoming experience. Won’t be Back

Excellent lounge. Sanju is great. Lockers are reasonable. Always events going on. As a wheelchair user I love that they have a nice large accessible restroom so I don't have to worry. Small bar and fair prices on cigars.
10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area
