Just purchased a new computer from CyberPowerPC for the first time, and it was a smooth experience overall. The website provided many customization options that allowed me to pick exactly the components that I wanted. The parts are high quality from reputable companies, and the prices are reasonable, especially with the holiday sales. It wouldn't have been easy to build my own computer for much cheaper, so well worth the cost. The shipping was fast and the computer was packaged securely. Communication was excellent: I received many notifications throughout the process of the status. The computer itself is blazing fast, attractive, and works perfectly out of the box.

The only issue was the loud noise made by the case fans running constantly at full speed. This was disappointing, as it was quite a bit louder than my old computer. I could not adjust the fan speeds in the BIOS; they wouldn't even show up as options. Upon opening the case and following the wiring, I noticed that the fan cables were all daisy chained together and plugged directly into the power supply, rather than the individual fan connectors on the motherboard. I've now read elsewhere that this is a common practice for CyberPowerPC to save on costs. It took me a bit to unravel all of the cables and rout each individual fan cable to the correct slot on the motherboard. But, now I have full control of the fan speeds and the computer is extremely quiet, just like I would have expected.

I definitely recommend CyberPowerPC for those looking to purchase a reasonably priced, high-end custom computer. But realize that there may be some additional work on your part to get the computer operating to its full potential.

The Cyber Power PC website was by far the best online build site I could find in my recent build and purchase. Ease of use, photos, descriptions, and compatibility. Pricing was clearly shown and the running total was always available for review. The website is laid out very well and the custom configuration was super easy and intuitive.

Let me start by saying I did not pay for the Extra Enhanced Packaging Solution. That being said, when the PC arrived there were some loose components that could have been damaged in transit. This required me to remove the Intake Fans and AIO Radiator to remount correctly. Upon closer evaluation, there were a few fan screws that had been installed incorrectly and had some others missing entirely. It is possible, had I opted for the additional packaging, it may have prevented the components from coming loose during the 2200 mile transit. So, I cannot put total blame on Cyber Power.

For this reason I rated 4 Stars. We dodged one, and a little extra time may have prevented a potential issue that could have been costly with parts replacement.

Ultimately, the Websites Custom Configurator, the Quality Parts installed, and an afternoon of repairs, the PC is up and running and now looks great.

Updated review after major crashing issues. The computer is still working...but it randomly crashes a few times a day, and support hasn't been very helpful in fixing the issue.

We purchased our 2nd CyberPowerPC gaming computer a few weeks ago, and it is lightening fast and has great graphics! So far the customer service is excellent!

I recently purchased a PC from CyberPowerPC, and I'm beyond satisfied! This is my second purchase from this company, and they did not disappoint. Overall great build and everything was working out of box. Even the Bios was updated and settings were enabled for Ram.
A few differences and physical issues with the PC.

1. the top front corner of the case is bent (picture included). Does not seem like it could have happened while in the package as that part of the case is well protected. Case works as intended just a tad bummed to see that.
2. Pc build was advertised as 4070 Super GPU. Gpu I recieved a 4070 ventus 2x. I don't have many complaints as I am just happy to get a new 4070 at this point and given supply issues. It still would have been nice to get a heads up what to expect in the build.
