Lived in Valley Springs since 2016... Next-door and Facebook DIRTBAG the CVS there, constantly.

Well, now I get it.

Had to fill a prescription for my elderly dog. My vet was kind enough to call it in for me... "Where do you want us to call?"

Only pharmacy I could think of was CVS in Valley Springs.

Horrific service. A slow Pharmacist who chatted people to DEATH while giving them vaccines.

A surly guy at the counter who told my name would be called when the rx was ready... but my name was NEVER called.

He watched me walk around the store for over 2 hours (less than 70% of the merchandise was marked... and the scanners say they're for COUPONS... finally figured out you can scan merchandise, too), while I waited.

FINALLY, I couldn't shop any more... I sat down.

A kind, polite young woman asked my last name.

"Oh! Your prescription has been ready for over an hour, now."

The store was filthy, the merchandise a shambles.

NOW I GET why people in Valley Springs HATE CVS. HORRIBLE experience.
