They had very fast shipping and were super responsive. I designed a very detailed custom challenge coin to commemorate my husband's retirement from the police and military, and it turned out beyond better than I expected. I love the detail and how easy the process was to order. Another thing I liked was that when they sent me proof, they sent a video of it so that I could see what it looked like under the light. I opted for no-rush shipping, but the shipping was still very fast. The coins came neatly packaged, and they had a cute keepsake ornament as a thank-you gift. I will definitely order from them again.
