Very unprofessional communication. I requested a quote through their website and was contacted by Daniel Kim asking me to send a picture of my desired embroider. He then proceeded to ignore me for three weeks. I attempted to communicate with him and ask him for a follow up for the estimate and he continue to read my text messages. I finally flat out asked if he wasn’t taking my sale and if I should find another company and yet again he left me on read.

Cheap embroidery, owner has ZERO attention to detail, machine doesn't stitch straight with strings sticking out. Worst of all, if he makes mistakes they are not corrected - don't recommend.

This is the best place I have ever been too his super friendly very efficient and has the best attitude I can always count on him for uniforms for my crew or even a special gift I need he gets it done for me. Thanks to him I’ve been able to gift my boss pretty cool gifts with the company logo & even get to show off my cool jackets to the company meetings and I always get asked where I got them. This is the place to go too . His work is AMAZING!!!

Daniel does excellent work! I’ve taken over 25 pieces to him now and he is consistently solid. I had a difficult logo, but he was able to get the colors just right. He’s very helpful and responsive. He also tries his best to get you a quick turnaround which is much appreciated. I plan to keep bringing anything I need embroidered to Daniel.
