The one star is for customer service only.
I preordered online the night before for my daughter’s daycare teachers and chose curbside pickup. I am not sure if its the system or what not but the employee told me I had to go in or else the order won’t be made. So I went in but had to wait for 20min to get my order. People ordered after me got their cookies before me. Now, don’t get me wrong. I am ok with this because I understand things don’t always go correctly like the system glitched or something. But, I specifically paid extra for a gift wrap and a thank you note for the hardworking teachers at the daycare. There was none. I didn’t have time to ask the employees there for the gift wrap and thank you note because I was running late. In a world where many things can be automated, the employees should really cherish their job. If they are miserable, quit and let someone else more competent to do the job.

Ordered 6 pack of cookies and ordered 2 french toast this is wtf i got instead of 2 actual size cookies... i'm not really mad that they're mini mad that they're literally inedible they are ROCK HARD like ok this isn't even the first time my order has been messed up at this location it is messed up almost every single time i order

My pumpkin cookie was supposed to have frosting on it and it didn’t also the mini cookies so out of tiny and not like the normal ones I get! Did I get damaged ones?

Great cookies for dessert or a mid-day treat! They make them there and warm them up when you buy them. They can also cater events or a wedding, they were making 500 cookies tonight. Very yummy!

Our family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and it’s become a tradition for us. But it’s not just the delicious cookies that have won our hearts—it's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.

We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.

This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. It’s not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. The cookies never ever fail, but truly, it’s the sincerity and hearts behind them that make us loyal fans for life. Thank you for being so wonderful, Crumbl Westlake!!!

Absolutely love the cookies here! My boyfriend and I get a box of four and we are able to share them for a few nights. Crumbl always has awesome new flavors and is super tasty. Never been disappointed coming here!

Any employee there refuses to pickup the phone over a cookie that had two chocolate chips in what was supposed to be with many chips in it.

The same day and every day following I called the store and no answer. I gave up calling the store and reached out to their corporate customer service and they need a picture of the cookie in order to process anything going forward it’s their policy.

Being able to finally email someone about being cheated on customer service at Crumbl is absolutely terrible!!!

I don’t know who’s in charge at Crumbl running this place but anybody having to go through that at least is given a replacement cookie.

Now thinking about this and having my reciept on my phone and not be able to receive help is why this place must be avoided!!!
