Great cookies! However, this store was unable to handle their own promotion that made them extremely busy. I ordered my cookies in advance but when I picked up- they were sold out. They were giving customers different options regarding the sold out cookies and it varied from one customer to the next. No consistency and it was clear this was a new issue that they had no protocol for.

Google says they open at 8am, the front of the store says they open at 8am, but the guy inside the locked doors just held up 9 fingers at me and waved me off. I had my 6year old son with me to get his birthday cookies, and he was very upset. I came back at 9 and the doors were still locked, I had to knock to get his attention again. Then he opened it and went out of his way to not acknowledge me; I asked if they were open now and he shrugged and went back in and let the door shut on me. Awful, awful service. Not coming back.

product is good but the employees could use a class or two in customer service. not just one time, but EVERY time whether im picking up an order for myself or for a doordash order, busy lobby or empty, i patiently wait but after 5 mins, i have to yell to someone in the kitchen to even acknowledge my existence to ask for my order and its never ready when i arrive no matter how much time i give them AFTER i get the notification that its "ready".. then get met with an attitude like IM bothering THEM.. whoever owns this spot should definitely let their employees know its US who pay THEM, maybe they would act like were appreciated in the slightest, instead of acting like WE are bothering THEM. Thats honestly probably why they took away curbside pickup too because NO ONE would come out..Just a tip, come here only if you have a LOT of time to spare and/or can tolerate a teenagers eye rolling attitude

Arrived at location and patiently waited for approximately 5 minutes until it was my turn. The area to the left was blocked off and there was only a space of approximately 10x5 for people to stand in, if even that.

Seconds before it was my turn, two people walked in behind me. The employee ignores me and asks the people coming in if they are there for a pickup. The couple states they are going to place an order and then the employee asks me if I am there for a pickup. I advise I am there to place an order, also. It is at this time, after waiting for 5 minutes, I am advised I can place my order on the pad they have. I ask the employee if they no longer take orders physically and she then tells me they do, but I can just place my order on the app.

I have been to this Crumbl Cookies approximately 4-5 times. I realize they can be busy and understaffed, but I have never received such a lack of customer service. If I had wanted to place my order via a device, I would have downloaded the app and had the order ready before I walked into their location. Nonetheless, I walked out and the West Hills Crumbl Cookies lost my business.

Crumbl refuses to commit to going 100% cage-free and uses eggs from hens cramped into tiny cages, suffering tremendously. This is not ok and I think your customers should be made aware of that issue. I urge you to please do better when it comes to animal welfare!

Best cookie’s EVER! So happy Crumbl cookies opened near me. My kids and I come here all the time. I never knew cookies could be so good. They are really shockingly delicious

The staff is really nice and they always have some interesting and random cookies definitely check in to see if there's anything you like
