I really do enjoy most of the cookies this place makes. I was even more thrilled when they started branching out into cake and have their mini cookies daily. Since doing that, i have been very unhappy. The quality and the way the cookies have been looking, they just aren’t what they used to be and cost more. The cakes cost 6-7 dollars a cake, they have increased the price for sandwich cookies by almost a dollar, and the minis are priced really high. They also expect you to tip 20% on a cookie order? The employees are paid and i order through an app. I am happier making cookies at home or going to Safeway.

Great cookies and always bring a smile to my face they always have many different delicious flavors to choose from and they are all good for the most part and they never disappoint when trying to hit them at sweet tooth

Be sure to count your cookies and to check your order! We ordered 12, got home to 6. We called and went back. Was met with attitude like we messed up! They let us keep the cookies they gave us, which was not what we ordered. Gave us 9 cookies and still wasn’t correct! Do yourself a favor and drive to Fairfield and get butter pecan cookies. Better customer service and they know how to do basic math.

Cookies are delicious and fresh! Beautifully packaged, and something you could pick up as a thank you gift, a housewarming gift or just fo someone special. Curbside pick up is available, and also you can order ahead and just come and pick them up. They are a bit on the expensive side, but VERY worth it! 👌

Ever since I was introduced to this place and cookies, I’ve always had a good experience. My orders have always been right. Cookies are fresh and warm. Curbside is quick. The app is easy to use and is very convenient. However tonight, not only did I wait for 25 minutes on curbside, I had to get down and go inside to find out what was going on. Turned out, my order was just sitting on the side, even though I clicked “I’m here” on the app. Also, the cookies weren’t made fresh and warm like how I chose on the app. The cookies were so sloppily made too. They didn’t look like the display cookies I saw on their counter (which by the way was beautifully, evenly and generously frosted) or the website. Needless to say, this visit was highly disappointing. I feel since the hype has worn down that they pay less attention to details, which should never be the case since these are $5 cookies.
