So thrilled at the incredible customer service. I ordered a wrapped bouquet and asked for purple and blue flowers in the delivery notes, and they made a gorgeous arrangement for my mother’s birthday delivered early the next morning. She loved it and said it was her favorite colors! I appreciated being able to add a small gift (cheesecake) which I always like to do for a birthday. Amazing. Thank you!

Great customer service. The service on the phone was great and patient with help out g with arrangements and they even made sure to deliver on the same day at the time I needed even though the delivery driver was already out making deliveries. Wanted a personal family florist for my Mother’s Day order, not the typical online companies that all have the same things to choose from. I located a florist in Vista, very near my Mom’s residence at Brookdale. On their website I found a truly beautiful arrangement that included a variety of unique and interesting flowers that you don’t see in typical mass order arrangement. Without my asking, they also took a picture of it and sent it to me so I could be certain that my Mom, in CA, received the exact thing I chose for her. I did not see any substitutions used in the bouquet and it was exactly like the picture. Let me tell you, this bouquet was fresh and full to the max with the most gorgeous flowers ever! So happy!! Mom loved them! I’ve found my favorite florist!! Thank you Crozier’s!!

I ordered flowers for my Mom's Celebration of Life. If I could give Croziers a higher rating I would. The flowers were gorgeous and received many, many compliments from guests at the celebration. Rhonda was wonderful to work with, helping me design what I had envisioned. The arrangements were lush and are still going strong after several days. We released butterflies during the celebration and they headed straight for the sunflowers in the arrangements. Rhonda suggested using teapots that belonged to my mother as holders for the centerpieces. They were stunning! Croziers was easy to work with, got every detail spot on and delivered on time. I would highly recommend them.
