Not surprised at all that I received super friendly service at a 50 year old West Sac family-owned business! Dropped in on Saturday to have links taken out of my watch and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Easy peasy! And now my watch fits!

I have seen reviews that have called these people. Racist cheap and disrespectful. I have known this family for most of my life and have done business there as well. I would never go anywhere else for jewelry. The Macias family is a very kind and respectful family.

Went to see in two see if if they could take some links of my watch and the frist thing the guy said where did I buy the watch from and then he asked me how much did the watch cost me frist of all I thought that was Rude of him to ask me those questions because I was just looking to get some links taken off my watch then he said it would take a hour to do it I can see if he was busy but I just got there when he just opened and then he told me how much I said for get it I take my business elsewhere what a rip off I mean come on it won’t take that long to take links off a watch beware STAY AWAY from here

I have coming to Crest Jewelers for decades. The family run business has always done excellent work fixing watches, sizing rings even custom rings out of old gold chains. The Quality work is always in a short amount of time. Posted this while waiting for them to open and fix my watch

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in looking for earrings for my daughter. I asked the old guy if he had any earrings for children. He said the backs were too long for a child. I asked if I could see what he has. He rolled his eyes and with attitude said they are too long! I just said never mind and walked away. Like maybe I just wanted to see earrings maybe for myself even. I saw someone else said they were racist there so maybe that was it. I'm feel highly disrespected and would never recommend this store!
