Let me start by saying that I have never been to Crain Kia. That said, i wish i would have been a customer of Crain Kia. Just think, it only started with a phone call to a person named Andrew Murray. This guy was so impressive over the phone I almost couldn't wait to meet him in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by another one of Andrew's co-workers, who then retrieved Andrew. We met and shared some pleasantries and went to his office for further discussion. I was really impressed with Andrew's knowledge of all their vehicles and how quickly he could work with the numbers for me. We had our car picked out and went for a ride. It was awesome, of course. Andrew answered all of my questions while on our test drive. I just could not stump this guy. Arriving back to the dealership, I asked Andrew to excuse us so we could talk alone. My wife was so impressed with him that she told me she was sold already. We went back inside and met Andrew at his desk, had a seat, and told him to write it up. He left to go talk to finance, and the finance manager named Quinn, who was also very nice when he came to retrieve us back to his office, where we signed the documents. This was the fastest I have ever purchased a car in my life. It took us longer to drive there, and then it took us to make the entire purchase. I have never been so relieved to purchase a vehicle before. No longer waits, no walking around aimlessly in the lot looking at other vehicles while someone is printing up all the documents I will have to sign. It was ridiculous at the other dealerships, and it made me really hate to buy a new vehicle. Those days are over now. I can honestly tell you that this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, and you will also. Thank you so much Andrew.

I had the pleasure of working with Timothy Reynolds. I started looking in Feb. 2024 just checking out options to see if I should trade in or just make purchase. Tim was so kind and patient. He would follow up occasionally, but was never bothersome. He made the experience of buying a car easy and pleasurable. Mid April when we finally came in, Tim showed us several options, but never made us feel like we were dealing with a salesman. He let the car sell itself! And it did!
I drove away in a clean 2025 Kia K4 😎 I love this little car. It is so smooth. It has the amenities of a luxury vehicle at a very affordable price.

Great experience with Andrew Peck. I am active duty military, so when he found out I would be driving 4 hours to see the 2021 WRX STI, he gave me all the videos I asked for(walk around, cold start, revs).
It was raining so he had the vehicle in the front of the store so it would be quickly to get inside. Met me with keys in hand to immediately go for a test ride which was awesome since I didn't even get the chance to ask for it.

I tried their financing at first, but found a better rate elsewhere and when I showed up with it, he was super welcoming for it and actually encouraged me going for that rate. He wasn't pushy at selling the vehicle or even trying to get me to go with their financing. Very cool guy and I say you should ask for him if you're looking to buy a car from them.

Even followed up with me during my drive back to see how or if I liked the vehicle.

I equate buying a new car to having dental work done. It’s never been a fun experience. Pushy salesmen, sleight of hand tricks with the numbers and the “add ons”. Leaving not knowing if I got the best deal or they pulled one over on me.

Enter Crain Kia of Conway. I absolutely loved working with Dion Davis as my salesman. No pushing. No “number tricks”. Just the best deal on the new Kia I was looking at. I got a fair trade in for my car. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend you ask for him by name. The entire sales process was so much more relaxing than I’m used to. We were handed off to another gentleman to talk about add ons to my new ride. Again, no pushing. No haggling. Just laid out all my options on the table and let me decide if I wanted them or not. Not what I was used to from past experience. I have always felt “guilt tripped” into not buying an extended warranty. Not here!

We wrapped up back with Dion and I couldn’t be more happier about the entire experience. I walked out of Crain Kia feeling as though I got the best deal possible on the top of the line Kia Sportage that I didn’t think I could afford. I look forward doing business with them again in the future.
