Thankyou for your help. I asked you to add the cardinal to the bouquet in memory of my mom for my Aunt flowers. But when I saw them at the funeral home not only was the cardinal there but red flowers and ribbon. I have always used you company because I know the arrangements will be perfect.

We ordered a funeral arrangement. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes describing what we wanted. Something nice size for this was a very special person to our family. A nice planter with blue, yellow and white flowers. I even gave the number of the item from Facebook. They would call me back if any questions. Well the planter was half the size she measured with her tape measure as she stated, and it was all pink flowers. 🌸 I am beyond disappointed with this florist.

Lots of options and very helpful with plant selections. There is no balloons however, so had to go elsewhere. Wife was very happy with flower selection for her birthday. Flowers still look great and ready to plant outdoors shortly
