Bad experience there. I went there on 2 separate occasions and both times the ladies there were just rude. They seem bothered by questions. Everything there is outdated, some things overpriced. Just do yourself a favor and go down pacific on HP.

I love craft depot, before the employees were super mean but the lady who help this time was very helpful and friendly, thank u for helping me with the ribbons and everything i ask she answer me in a nice way thank u. too bad i dont remember her name
