Ordered a bouquet and it was not like the photo, unfortunately. I’ll let the photos speak.
The screenshot is the premium tier, which I ordered, and the photo of my sweet fiancee with her flowers is what we got.

There are three tiers for this bouquet. I ended up spending $81 for the flowers and a delivery 5 minutes down the road.

The bouquet that got delivered looked like significantly less flowers than the lowest tier. 😭

They were great on the phone, delivered in a timely manner, she still loved it, the flowers we did get were definitely really nice, and the purple rose smelled amazing!

But at the end of the day, I don’t think it was what I paid for. I’d take my money to Jewel or Mariano’s next time probably or buy in-person so I don’t get got!

Stopped on a whim when we were in the area to see if they had any succulents. Needed some for a Christmas gift. Anyway, they had a little bit of everything, but once i got to the greenhouse, they had more than just a meager selection! I picked out like 6 because i couldn't decide. Employees were very nice at checkout. Seems like a very nice mom and pop greenhouse, which I'd rather support than the big box places. Thank you for the plants!

*Edit: The owner Nick contacted me and apologized and also went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Customer Service was superb so I will increase my rating for the business just based on that.

I also feel i was deceived! I paid for the premium upgrade on the flowers to celebrate a new baby. These flowers were very expensive, over $100! The recipient received a sad tiny display of mostly leaves.
So disappointed. In the photos you can see the difference between the expected and the actual.

I just received Mother's Day flowers that my daughter had ordered from Seattle. It was a large bouquet and absolutely beautiful, full and all the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They beat any florist in Crystal lake. The arrangement was symmetric and well thought out and I couldn't be more pleased. The driver was very polite and friendly.

I live in central Florida, so I looked around the area to send my GodMother flowers. I always try to support local/family businesses but definitely nothing corporate. I apologize for not being able to remeber the name of the sweet lady who helped me out but she made everything super easy for me. She asked me about a budget, I said $60. I honestly cried a bit when my GM sent me the picture. They are just gorgeous!!!

So, thank you ma'am for knocking it out of the park!! Thank you all involved. When I come to visit I'm coming in for hugs. 🙂

Beautiful place with a large selection of outdoor and some indoor plants. Since it appears they are pesticide free, I highly recommend quarantining your plants before mixing them with any others. There were a LOT of plants that had active spider mite infestations and a lot of them just ended up being tossed in the back, in a big pile of other infested plants. Many of which could have survived if treated for the mites.

My husband was out of town for my 65th birthday and apparently there was some confusion with my order which did not have the requested flowers and had orchids (which he had specifically said NOT to use because I dont like them.) Also, one of the lillies was damaged.
I was very unhappy with the flower arrangement- and when they found out they came with a much brighter bouquet which was wonderful. I really appreciated that they made it right- they didn't have to do that!

We used Countryside Flower Shop for our wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and cake topper for our wedding on 9/12/2020. We were extremely impressed by the incredible attention to detail and professionalism all the way through. The flowers were all delivered on time the day of our wedding and were absolutely stunning!! Even better than what I had hoped for! I would highly recommend them for any events you have coming up.
