If you are in the metro east, I STRONGLY recommend never never never shopping at Cottons Ace Hardware. Bought a Wrench, didn't need it, returned it one hour later and was told "we don't do that". The guy who sold it to me remembered me and he, with his manager, made it clear that all sales are final. It wasn't posted and the tool was unused. Not even a sorry.

I was just there and asked if somebody can help me with the plants and the prices. They said I had to bring them into the store. They could not come out to the garden center. I was not about to bring in all the plants I had questions about. There was a employee sitting on a lawn mower on his phone. There was 2 girls at the register. This is not customer service. I will never recommend this store again. They lost a customer and also I will never recommend them again🤗

Completely over priced.! Price gouging at its best just like all ace hardwares, unfortunately. I would only shop here if it was an emergency where I didn't have time to drive to another store. Most products are at least double, if not triple, and quadruple the price of other hardware stores.
