1/4/25 this store only hires superstars! Jake and Ashley went
out of their way to help me find items despite the fact that the
store was incredibly busy due to a forecast storm. i can't thank
them enough for all of their help and the time they saved me.

Eli is fantastic at the front register. he's smart, fast, thoughtful,
accurate and he plays the cash register like Charlie Daniels
played the fiddle. he speaks loudly and clearly and does
outstanding work.

The customer service is great at this location. The only reason for my 4 store rating is because Ace Hardware in general is a bit more expensive than other places. Having said that, you get what you pay for and I definitely feel like I get quality products from Ace Hardware and good customer service which is rare to come across nowadays. The staff at this location is fantastic! I've never had a bad experience.

Update I changed my 4 star rating to 5 stars because I have no complaints other than the prices but I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience, the guaranteed product quality and the wonderful employees that are always cheerful and helpful CONSISTENTLY. At least at this location they are.
