Brad did a great job repairing my guitar in record time! Brad, Pavel and all the other staff I met there were so welcoming and helpful! The whole place just has a great vibe! I most definitely highly recommend them for all your music related needs! I know I'll be going back!!

Excellent.

Entered the store and told the proprietor that I used to play a little guitar decades ago and wanted to pick it back up as a hobby. Coming in with almost no real knowledge or memory. He showed me several models and price ranges, we discussed electric vs. acoustic, etc. In the end he knocked a significant portion off the price of an item already on a daily clearance sale with very minor cosmetic damage.

Friendly, helpful, willing to work with the customer. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely return.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brad Sears and his team at Consumer Music during a special Open Mic event that included a recipient of A Wish of a Lifetime where the nice lady learned to play guitar and performed in front of a live audience. The music and setting at this location in Vallejo are fantastic. Don't look, just go..! You won't be disappointed.

Local Musician trying to start a group, Brad has set our sights in the right direction, and always has a good deal for you, I've picked up 2 separate bass guitars from Consumer in the past couple years as well as many accessories, and a combo stack for gigs, and they are beloved pieces of my collection. Good equipment, great staff, even better music shop.
