I ordered this pink flowers online for my mother’s birthday it cost me almost $200! And they send me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT type of flowers and it’s not even fresh, I’m VERY disappointed with this shopping experience! They took so long to respond and resolve the problem! I hope to see the change from you guys tomorrow! If the problem doesn’t get resolved tomorrow then I will ask for a refund!

Wonderful people! DJ is the one who helped. Wonderful energy! Great selection of flowers. Very nice place, is clean and fresh! You definitely get the flower vibe as soon as you walk in!

I was disappointed to see the difference between the photo advertising a beautiful summer bouquet and the sad bunch of untrimmed stems my sister received for her Birthday. The staff was really nice, but their skills as florists is lacking. I normally do bouquets for my family and our events myself, but due to time constraints I chose to order online. The vendor was kind enough to call to let me know that they didn’t have specific flowers found in the photo; however, I was hopeful that they would use a close equivalent. Sometimes you have to do things yourself to ensure that your standards are met. What a waste of 131.00

I went in on Sunday afternoon needing an arrangement for a Memorial service and these 2 ladies (sorry I didn't get their names) were so accommodating! They were so nice, friendly and helpful! They helped me pick out the perfect arrangement and we even added some things to it, to make it even better. The tin pot, it was in, was so perfect! It said, "Peace", on it and had a picture of a white dove so we placed a stick with a white dove, on top, sticking out of the arrangement. The customer service was top-notch and the prices were great as well! I definitely recommend you stop in, if you are ever in need of a quick plant or floral arrangement.

Only giving one start because I'm not sure it would register if I gave zero. I placed a get well order for a colleague with same day delivery in the morning. Later that afternoon I get a call from 1800-Flowers saying the flower shop is requesting if they can deliver the arrangement the next day? I asked which flower shop and why, they told me Conroys and that the driver had gone home for the day. This took place on a Friday. Reluctantly I agreed becasue what else was I going to do? Saturday afternoon comes and I get another call from 1800-Flowers that the flower shop is requesting if they can deliver the flowers the next day which would be Sunday? I asked why and they told me the driver had gone home for the day. I was VERY upset and let them know as much. I told them I wanted them to make a fresh arrangement since it was going to be 3 days since the original one was made and I didn't want it to look wilted already. They said ok. Sunday comes, I get a call from 1800-Flowers that they tried to deliver it but couldn't make contact because it was a gated community. At this point I was over it and told them to just deliver it to me 2 miles down the road and I would deliver it myself. A few hours later it was delivered only for me to find that this was NOT what I had ordered. It was significantly larger, which I thought was due to the inconvenience. (Note: it wasn't well made. The ribbons came un tucked and the filler was falling out. I took a floral class in high school. I could have done a better job.) Anyway, it had some other lady's name on it that lived in the next town over. I called the flower shop to let them know that this poor lady's family had paid a lot of money for this arrangement and they delivered it to me. I felt bad that they would probably be giving her the much smaller one I had paid for. The girl that works there told me during the weekend they use a 3rd party delivery company and there was nothing she could do but she would let the manager know on Monday. I informed her that due to all of the inconveniences, I was giving this one to my colleague and they needed to make it right with the other lady. I wasn't going to wait another day to have them fix it. I was done dealing with them! I wanted to call the lady who was recieving the other flowers but I didn't want to ruin her suprise. I wish I could have called her family who ordered them for her to let them know they didn't get their money's worth. Anyway, all of that being said, I will NEVER use 1800 Flowers and I will NEVER use Conroy's Flowers!
