What an amazing store! So many options! They have clothes, shoes, toys, amazing strollers, and wagons at great prices. I am a new aunt to a baby girl, and I recently went in to buy her new clothes it was so hard to choose everything is so cute ? the staff was amazing and so helpful. I even got to meet the owner of the store she is so nice and she really knows her baby stuff! Definitely recommend all your friends and family.

I've enjoyed shopping here, but the buying experience could use some tweaking. I never know what they are buying so I feel like I am flying blind. During the buying process, I don't know how they are pricing my items, because I am always told to wait in the store before they call me back to the buying area. I am trusting that they are giving me a fair price, but I haven't made much from selling them my baby items (clothes, toys, accessories, etc). It would be nice to know before hand what they are actively buying, so that I don't waste my time driving down there, and how much to expect. On a few occasions, the staff during the buying process seemed a little inconvenienced and not the friendliest. A warm smile goes a long way. 🙂

I love this store! It has a great mix of brand new and gently used items at great prices for kids. They just redid the store and it looks amazing. I also like to sell clothing items back and I like that what isn't taken gets donated. Can't recommend enough!

Sham business if you want to sell. Limited information on their website regarding the guidelines of selling so I went in personally to ask what the "rules" were. I was only told the times and dates for selling, and that they base what they buy on according to the season. That was all the information I was given. When I came in to try and sell some almost new baby clothes and shoes I was told (I am assuming by the manager who was very snooty) that they only offer store credit for any size under 5. A place that advertises as a baby resale place does not buy anything under a size 5. Make it make sense. I don't want store credit as my children are older and I don't have a need for much in that store. Clearly, this is a shady business that is just trying to drum up foot traffic. Avoid this place, and patronize other honest businesses in the area.

I shop a lot of children's consignment stores and this one of my favorite! I've bought several Pack-N-Play play yards, car seats, toys, shoes and LOTS of clothes. The store is small but they have a good selection and everything is clean and well organized but the best is the staff. The girls who work here are so nice and supper knowable about all the baby products. I have literally driven back to the store to ask them the help me reinstall a car seat and they came out to my care and helped me without hesitation and a smile on their face. Oh and they give military and law enforcement discount. Awesome!

This was the third place I went to in one day while 9 months pregnant to try to get some last minute things for baby. They were the only ones who asked if I needed help and carried my purchases to my car. I've been shocked at how many people ignore that I'm super pregnant and appreciate the rare politeness!

Also they have a great store with a good selection. You never know what you're going to see with consignment but they told me to keep up on social media so I'd know if they got any items I still need.

Not only does Conceptions offer a large, well-organized variety of children's clothes, but they also have a wonderful maternity section, and lots of helpful, unique accessories and gear. Everything is well-organized, clean, and fairly priced.

While the selection offered is wonderful, the staff are even better. I had a fantastic experience with an employee named Zoey. She was incredibly kind and patient with my rambunctious, social toddler, who wanted to see everything she was doing at all times. When he had an accident, she even voluntarily ran out to my car to get my diaper bag. On top of that, Zoey helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I love this place. I found this place a couple of months ago and have been buying stuff for a while. Their prices are great compared to other resale baby shops in San Diego. I recently just started selling to them and I personally think they give good values on what you sell to them. My favorite place to shop for baby stuff by far!
