Had a few loud party people? Maybe homeless housing? Service was average, but the rooms we got were very large and cleanly. Lots of table space outside the rooms too gather and hang out as well. Just wouldn't let the kids wander by themselves. Was a perfect place to meet with family sleep and go to the ski park the next day!

Last weekend, I stayed at the comfort Inn up in Roseburg. And just like up there, the rooms were clean. The service was good. The breakfast was outstanding, and I would give it more stars then 5 if I could.

This was a last minute stop. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly. Room was ok, but not great. Room was clean though. Room was also very spacious. I think for the price, location, and amenities it's a solid 4.5, but not good enough for a 5. There was an odor of weed when we exited the elevator for our floor.

The place is pretty run down. The outside aesthetics are nice.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Dirty curtains, smelly carpets and bathrooms had broken fixtures and tiles and not clean.

No benefits from choice privilege status.

But better than other places around here.

Overall, I had a good stay there for 2 months, and breakfast is decent. suites are comfortable. Sometimes, the housekeeping won't clean the room because they often run out of time or staff. I often noticed a very strong smell of weed around. Also, it depends on which side of the hotel your room is. The trucks around make a lot of noises. Pricey for what it is, though.

Booked 2 rooms. Everyone said the same thing and that is the beds we're really uncomfortable. The rooms were nice. Good location. Service was meh. Little eye contact and short communication.

This place was better than expected. Some reviews noted that the place was old, and yes, you can see wear and tear, but they weren't that bad. ||The room was large, continental breakfast was pretty on par with what you'd expect, and there were electric charging stations on site. ||Very normal, smooth, and uneventful stay, which is what you want.

I, along with a lot of others, got stranded for a couple of days during the "Cyclone bomb". The staff was so friendly and helpful to us all that it almost made us forget we were in quite a predicament! I don't give 5 stars, but to this crew... Definite high five!!! Thank you!!!
