Rooms are clean and comes with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Our queen bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The staff is helpful and courteous. Wi-fi connection was okay. Air conditioning works well. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although it is located on the main street, we didn't have any noise issues. Includes a continental breakfast, and they have coffee, tea or hot cocoa available until 10 pm. The only reason why I rated it a 4, is I wish there was a lounge or softer chair available to sit in. There is a small table with 2 hard chairs and a desk with an office chair. Not too comfy to sit in after a long drive. Parking is free, and the area is well lit at night. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back when visiting Bishop.

The room was fairly clean but had a thick, musty odor that was hard to get rid of. The appliances were very outdated. The person who checked us in was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. The location would be great if the parking lot wasn't awkward. The property is old and has some disrepair, and the noise level was awful. It's on the Main St. in Bishop, and you can hear EVERYTHING. The traffic was very loud all night. If a bug farted... that would echo. Nothing fantastic here.

Not the comfort inn, but Travertine Hot Springs. Good vault toilet. Weekend parking may get full. If you want to get into a hot spring tub don't come when busy as they all together may handle 8 people and not deep when u was there. Fewer people than 8 is more like it nut if your a group maybe more will have the experience to relax. Keep head above water. I heard brain eating amoeba is in the spring which is common in hit springs. Follow trail to tubs and further down trail are more tubs. Maybe bring shovel if your really into it as they are shallow and would not exist naturally anyway. Pristine looking so be neat and bring trash bag to help make up for those that are not neat if needed. Keep pets from drinking amoeba water. Not a difficult walk for average people.

Best experience we had during our trip in the west coast. Perfect staff. Kind and good service. Pool was big and had nice seats. Delicious breakfast and best queen beds with the softest sheet you can imagine of the entire westcoast. Thanks a lot!

Positive: The hotel was right off the main street in Bishop, so it was very easy to find and was close to everything there. The breakfast was good - waffles, sausage, eggs, coffee, yogurt, bagels, etc. They had complimentary spa water all day. Would stay again! Negative: The staircase closest to our room was out so it was a little inconvenient, but nothing too bad. Overall was a good experience.

Positive: Location Negative: Did not clean room in the morning .... clerk stated she forgot to indicate it needed cleaning..... cleaning staff stated they are not asked by management to clean rooms when people stay multiple nights [money saving].... customers not advised.

The room was decent, clean, but the bathroom door was broken, it wouldn't close, you had to use a lot of force. The room was cramped, dark, with poorly functioning air conditioning. Breakfasts were poor - no vegetables (apart from potatoes), a small selection of fruit, no healthy natural food, e.g. natural yoghurts or natural scrambled eggs. The only plus was slightly healthier bread for breakfast compared to other motels and hotels. This may be an American standard, but for a European it's a shock. It's better to buy breakfast in a store or eat somewhere else. Free coffee - but not good. Air conditioning is too loud. The price is quite high for such a standard, Bishop takes advantage of the proximity of Yosemite, so prices are much higher everywhere, including here.

The staff here is top notch. They are very knowledgeable in regards to things to do in Bishop. They greet you with a smile whenever you enter the lobby. The rooms are clean and updated. The lower rating is for the noise. It's challenging to get a decent night's sleep with the foot traffic and the highway traffic. I don't recommend staying at this location if you are a light sleeper.
