Really nice store filled with unique holiday decorations, cards & personalized gifts. But the one thing that sits very bad with me is how the employees/owners perceive customers. Just because someone walks into your shoppe with a couple bags from another local retailer doesn't mean they're gonna rip you off, steal, theft of goods/services, however you want to put it. So take some advice and think twice next time you decide to sloppily follow potential customers around the store yet pretend to be fixing stock on the shelves because you may just turn a good customer sale into the type of vengeful person who would do exactly what you've condemned them for in your mind already. I have been shopping at Colozzi’s in North Utica for years. I have always left feeling so pleased with my experience. Went in this afternoon and left very disappointed. Usually the customer service is exceptional. Not this time! I purchased a figurine. Usually they open up the box and check to make sure it is intact. Did not happen this time. Usually they are more than happy to wrap or put it in a gift bag. When I asked, I was told I could purchase a gift bag. I will think about shopping there again.

Plenty of variety in cards. Also plenty of variety in gift options. The only problem is that it's so crowded you wouldn't even want to bring your purse in for fear of knocking something over
