I called them, and they had one beef Dino ribs in stock. I said, "Set it aside for me. I'm on the way. Upon arrival I found the guys to be very helpful. I got my ribs and more. I will be ordering some beef belly in the future. The food came out great. They even gave me some tips.

About a month ago I went to check out Code 3 and I was welcomed by Chirs and he was very friendly and helpful, courtesy. He was asking me questions and ask what kind of grill I am looking for and I said we have been looking for a Pit Barrel Cooker. And my girlfriend was trying to find it on sale and at that time she could not find it and a leader price. Well, Chris said we sell them here. I let him know go talk to my girlfriend and the next thing you know I am walking out with my PBC and got some rubs, wild Cherrie wood chunks. And ever since my girlfriend for it for me I have stopped by at least every other week to get my bbq supplies and the is the new place. I recommend Code 3 and please go visit them and are for your awlf. And I could not forget to mention Michael as well. And than you for recommendations on the duck fat.

Huge selection of award winning BBQ Supplies. Staff very knowledgeable!! Not your average BBQ Supply store the awards around the shop prove thier expert knowledge, and they aren't afraid to share it. They even do classes to up your BBQ!! Friendly, easy access, lots of parking

The one stop shop for all things B.B.Q.! From multiple types of smokers, to fuel (lump charcoal, pellets, fruit wood chunks) to tool and utensils and every type of seasoning you can imagine.

They even recently started carrying fresh and frozen meats from Korte meats.

Be sure to catch some of the smoking classes they offer! This is an absolute gem to the City of Collinsville!
